To maximise the benefits of their education, Scotland's graduates will need more than excellent academic tuition. ScotSkills is a programme of activities designed to develop those crucial skills which University courses may traditionally have under-emphasised. These activities focus on providing an understanding and awareness of the real commercial world (not the inside of a business school).

University graduates find themselves in a more competitive economic environment than ever before. They need, and deserve, to be equipped to deal effectively with opportunities arising on an international scale - whether as future corporate leaders, small business owners or individual professionals.

We've formed ScotSkills to help inject realism and momentum into their search for a more fulfilling and accomplished working life. Our programme aggregates and makes explicit the knowledge we've gained from our experience of working around the world - the kind of insight that takes a long time to gain, but a short time to transfer.
